Terms and Conditions — jogos123: read before you play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the platform jogos123, accessible at jogos123.best ("Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of this document.

The jogos123 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must close your account and stop using the Platform immediately. Voluntary account closure can be requested at any time through jogos123's 24h support.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of jogos123, the User must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — the Platform is strictly for adults;
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be subject to any court or legal order prohibiting access to online betting and gaming services;
• Not be enrolled in our self-exclusion program, nor have had an account closed for a prior breach of these Terms;
• Act on your own behalf, without representing third parties.

The jogos123 uses automated age and identity verification systems linked to the User's CPF. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately, with balance retention as set out in Clause 7. The Platform cooperates fully with competent Brazilian authorities in investigations related to misuse of its services.

3. Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

Each User may hold only an account on jogos123. Creating multiple accounts — whether using identical or different details — is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible retention of balances and bonuses, as set out in Clause 7. When registering, you must provide: your full name as it appears on your CPF, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number with area code, and CPF.

3.2 Identity verification (KYC)

To process withdrawals and comply with anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) requirements established by the Central Bank of Brazil and Law No. 9,613/1998, the jogos123 requires identity verification. For cumulative withdrawals above R$ 500.00, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Verification is processed within 24 business hours. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily suspended until the process is complete.

3.3 Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — email and password — confidential. The jogos123 strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from the User's failure to keep their credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted payment methods

The jogos123 accepts the following payment methods, all operated in BRL (R$):

4.2 Deposit and withdrawal limits

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix and other digital payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. No withdrawal fee is charged for amounts above the minimum via Pix. Daily, weekly, and monthly limits can be configured by the User through the responsible gambling tools available in the account dashboard, as set out in Clause 9.

4.3 Withdrawal policy

Withdrawals from jogos123 are processed only to the payment methods used for the deposit or in the name of the verified account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Bonus balances that have not been converted are subject to the rollover rules described in Clause 6 prior to withdrawal. The Platform may request additional documentation before releasing withdrawals of high amounts as an anti-money laundering measure.

5. Betting & Games

5.1 Sports Betting

The jogos123 offers Sports Betting on more than 500 leagues and competitions, with highlights including the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Conmebol Libertadores. Bets are binding upon confirmation by the User. Odds displayed during the betting process may fluctuate in real time (in the case of live bets); the odd confirmed at the moment the bet is finalized is the one that applies. Bets placed under a proven system error resulting in an incorrect odd may be voided, with the staked amount refunded.

5.2 Casino Games

The casino games available on the jogos123 — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, and others — are provided by internationally licensed suppliers with RTP (Return to Player) rates certified by independent testing laboratories. The RTP for each game is available in the information section within the game itself. All games use audited random number generators (RNG), ensuring each outcome is independent of previous results.

5.3 Errors and technical failures

In the event of a technical failure affecting the integrity of a game or bet — including disconnection during a live bet or a slot malfunction —, the jogos123 will investigate the incident and make the fairest decision possible, which may include voiding the affected round or bet and refunding the amount. Results obtained through intentional exploitation of technical glitches are considered irregular and subject to the measures outlined in Clause 7.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome bonus

The jogos123 offers a welcome bonus to new Users making their first deposit. The specific conditions — bonus percentage, minimum deposit amount, validity period, and rollover requirements — are published on the active promotion page at the time of registration. The absence of an active promotion does not constitute an entitlement to future bonuses.

6.2 Rollover requirements

Bonuses granted by the jogos123 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 (unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion). Cancelled bets, bets on events resulting in a handicap push, and bets placed on opposing sides to cover each other do not count toward the rollover. The standard rollover period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is awarded.

6.3 Bonus misuse

The jogos123 monitors bonus usage to detect abuse patterns — including low-risk betting to artificially meet rollover requirements, use of multiple accounts to stack bonuses, and any form of collusion between Users for mutual undue benefit. Misuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, without prejudice to the measures set out in Clause 7.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Strictly prohibited on jogos123 the following conduct:

• Creating or using more than one account per User (duplicate registration);
• Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information during registration or the verification process;
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Intentional and systematic exploitation of technical glitches, odds errors, or system inconsistencies;
• Bet laundering — depositing, betting, and withdrawing with no genuine intent to play, solely to move funds;
• Collusion between Users to manipulate results, irregular combination bets, or promotion abuse;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity under Brazilian law;
• Sharing or selling access to your own account to third parties;
• Any conduct that harms other Users, the integrity of the games, or the reputation of jogos123.

The jogos123 reserves the right to close accounts, retain balances and bonuses, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice when there is evidence of prohibited conduct. Account closure decisions may be disputed through the support channel within 30 days, subject to submission of supporting documentation.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Voluntary closure by the User

Any User may request account closure at any time via 24/7 support chat or email. Available real-money balances (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within 5 business days of the request, provided identity verification requirements have been met.

8.2 Closure by jogos123

The jogos123 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of the Terms described in Clause 7; well-founded suspicion of fraud or money laundering; request by a competent Brazilian authority; inactivity for more than 24 months with no account balance. In the event of closure due to a violation, balances derived from bonuses or irregular conduct may be retained. Genuine deposit balances are not retained, except when subject to regulatory investigation.

9. Responsible Gambling

The jogos123 believes online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to cope with financial difficulties. That's why we offer self-control tools directly within each account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable by the User;
• Loss limit — the maximum amount you allow yourself to lose within a given period;
• Session timer — automatic notification after a play session duration you set;
• Temporary self-exclusion — account suspension for a period between 24 hours and 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the User's request, irreversible.

Any User who self-identifies as a problem gambler, or who is flagged by our behavior monitoring systems, will be contacted by the responsible gambling team at jogos123. If you need outside support, CVV (Centro de Valorização da Vida) is available at 188, 24 hours a day. The Platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over and actively cooperates with compulsive gambling prevention organizations in Brazil.

10. Privacy and LGPD

The processing of personal data by jogos123 is fully compliant with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, meet regulatory obligations, and improve your Platform experience. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or court order.

11. Limitation of Liability

The jogos123 provides the Platform "as is", making all reasonable efforts to ensure availability, security, and integrity of services. However, we are not liable for:

• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User based on third-party information;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the User's failure to safeguard their credentials;
• Third-party content or services that may be accessed through links on the Platform;
• Live bet odds changes that occur between the placement intent and confirmation of the bet due to a connection failure on the User's device.

The maximum liability of the jogos123 in any User claim is limited to the account balance at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law in Brazil.

12. Changes to Terms

The jogos123 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, our services, or industry best practices. Material changes will be communicated to the User via their registered email and through an in-Platform notification at least 7 calendar days in advance.

The most recent version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new conditions come into force.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes that cannot be resolved through our support channel, the courts of the District of São Paulo — SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
